In fact, most of the small airport chair manufacturers in China do not have their own design, only imitation, and even less purchase of relevant test machines or sent to relevant institutions for testing, can not draw relevant test data, which is unfavorable for the development of their own enterprises.
For the research method of seat comfort, we use the qualitative scale evaluation method, the relative operation is simpler and more direct. The main operation methods: First, select testers of different height, fat and thin, male/female, and directly ask the tester's feelings; use the questionnaire, the scale to quantify the subjective feelings of the testees.
The items we tested included the height of the seat, the depth of the seat, the width of the seat, the inclination of the seat surface, the fit of the seat surface, the moderate height of the backrest, the shape of the backrest, the curvature of the back of the chair, and so on. The evaluation scale includes: feeling completely relaxed, extremely comfortable, quite comfortable, fairly comfortable, uncomfortable, a little tight, feeling stiff and so on.
For strength testing: We have a variety of professional strength testing equipment for professional quantitative data monitoring, according to the national furniture mechanical performance testing standard GB 10357.3 and the US BIFMA standard for strength and seat durability testing.
Mainly do three types of tests: static load test, durability test, impact test. Test items include seating, back, armrests, coffee table and other components. At the same time, in accordance with the company's production specifications, Australia Shujian conducts inspections from third-party testing agencies from time to time, and can more accurately test whether our seats meet industry standards.
The comfort and strength of the seat is the most basic and important requirement of the seat, so it is also our top priority.
